TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR E-BOOK SUBSCRIBERS

  1. E-book subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable only except specific case as listed below in point 3.
  2. Since the product is digital in nature, it shall be deemed delivered and consumed immediately upon successful payment and activation of access on the website (caharshil.com) through the registered mobile number.
  3. Refunds shall be issued only where the customer has made payment again for the same subscription (i.e. for E-book) using the same mobile number. In such cases, the customer may opt to transfer access to another mobile number or request a refund for the additional subscription.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS THE E-BOOK

  1. Access given to subscriber for reading E-book version is only for 5th edition which is allowed upto 31-3-2027. So it will not work for next year edition.
